Do you need to file a repair request with the seller? Our software has a Repair Request Builder integration that allows you to quickly select which of our recommendations you'd like to include in a custom report to send to the listing agent! You get an HTML and PDF document that includes our language and allows you to enter in a requested credit amount and custom comments.
If you're under a time crunch, or you feel daunted by establishing pricing estimates, we have an integration for that, too! For an additional fee, we will submit your report to a well respected service with a 98% accuracy rate in pricing out repairs. Within 24 hours they will have repairs priced out for you so you can get to negotiating and close the deal! Just let us know if this is something you'd like to add and we'll take care of the rest.
